WARRANTY

** Your puppy has had a wonderful start in life and is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. To validate the health of the pup, as well as to ensure proper & immediate necessary vaccinations, the purchaser must have the pup examined by a licensed veterinarian within two regular business days following the date of receiving the puppy. If the veterinarian finds this pup to have a congenital defect,(excluding any physical or medical infractions caused after the dog has left my care/premises)the refund terms and conditions listed in my contract will then apply providing a letter from the examining veterinarian is submitted, within the two day period.

**I can assume no responsibility for a puppy after leaving my care/premises; for veterinarian medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or for any other reason. I require that you have your puppy checked right away, including a stool sample, as stress can trigger many things. After the puppy has left the Breeder/Seller's possession the breeder assumes no responsibility or guarantees for said puppy/dog after leaving her premises/possession, and the Buyer assumes full responsibility of this puppy/dog for it’s physical safety, proper feeding/wellness and general well being. When the Buyer takes possession of the puppy/dog, the Breeder/Seller assumes no responsibility for the following which include, but are not limited to, exposure of puppy/dog to any and all contagious diseases, should the buyer take the puppy/dog to areas that increase the risk of exposing the puppy/dog to commune diseases such as Pet Smart, obedience classes, dog parks or environments or homes where other dogs have been sick within 30 days of sale or before all appropriate vaccines are given, Seller revokes any and all guarantees stated in this contract for the lifetime of the dog; landlord disapproval, family disapproval, allergy to animals, conflict with other pets/animals, undesirable animal behavior/s, barking, housebreaking, disagreements with neighbors, zoning, city licensures or ordinances, dispute of this contract, misinterpretation of terminology, or wording in this contract by the Buyer, or for any other reason/s. Your puppy is pet quality.

** I suggest you thoroughly research the breed, and read a good book on how to successfully raise and care for a puppy, as well as browse the many pages of my website and follow the material I give you. Unfortunately, some Buyers simply do not take the same precautions I do, or know how to take good care of their puppy in spite of extensive information available to them on the market today, so I do not and cannot give any guarantees other than the above and as listed in the contract.

**I welcome any and all questions to help you be an informed Buyer. **

I actively support, and practice the preservation of this incredible little breed
and strongly encourage others to do the same.
