**Any of my dogs that are sold as pets and are of breeding age MUST be spayed or neutered before leaving my home at the cost of the buyer and will be sold with AKC "limited" registration papers only.**
Younger puppies can be placed before they are of breeding age (12-15 weeks) but only on strict spay/neuter contracts. ALL homes are carefully screened to ensure spaying and neutering. **No exceptions**

Our babies are always born in a quiet area of our home, away from the other dogs and hustle and bustle of our home. They are always raised with tender loving care. All of our babies are evaluated for each of their individual needs, each may need something a little bit different than a littermate, but NO babies are placed before they are 8 weeks old and until they are vet checked healthy. By 12 weeks old they have received two inoculations for disease and have been wormed.

Our dogs do not go to a new home until we have had the opportunity to have the dog officially checked by the vet and have received a certificate of good health. If by some chance a dog is sold and there is not sufficient time to obtain a vet appointment, I will give my personal guarantee of good health. I take great pride in producing a quality Papillon or Phalène, and also guarantee each dog that is purchased, whether it is a pet or show prospect will be sent to you healthy.
An individual pedigree, health history, and introductory "Crisanda" generated general information e-book (when completed)are included with every sales agreement.

None of our companions are sold with breeding rights and are strictly contracted as such. They will be sold on a Spay/Neuter Sales Agreement and with limited AKC registration. Almost all companion pets will go to their new homes already spayed or neutered, younger babies (15 weeks)excluded. Occasionally a younger puppy will not be neutered/spayed prior to leaving for their new home because of age, but all must be spayed or neutered after leaving my home when age allows for the surgery. ****No AKC registration papers will be forwarded to the new owners until proof of spay or neuter is provided by a licensed veterinarian. No exceptions, so please don't ask.

**All Crisanda puppies are contracted **

** If a Papillon is of breeding age spaying or neutering will be required by Seller at the time of the purchase. The surgery will be at a cost to the Buyer and will be charged as an expense.

My contract is lengthy, but simple. It is put in place to enforce that any puppy sold will be spayed or neutered. My contract is binding and as the Seller I will enforce the content in its entirety. I always advise that all sections of my contract be thoroughly examined and understood before the contract is signed. I expect any Buyer to thoroughly review my contract line by line (especially if you are a first time Buyer). Should there be any portion of my contract this is unclear or is out of the area of a Buyer’s expertise or knowledge base, then it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ask as many questions of me as needed to clarify areas in question. If at any point you feel that you remain unclear with any portion of this contract, then I request that you ask questions until you are clear, or only enter into this contract under the guidance, direction, and representation of legal counsel, or I ask that you not enter into the contract at all.
