I have the right to approve or refuse any or all breedings to my stud dogs.

Breeding quality dogs is not taken lightly, all bitches must be of quality to be considered.

First generation will be contracted.

Anything not kept by the owner of the female from my stud dogs must be spayed or neutered.

Placement of pet quality puppies sired by one of my stud dogs, are to be sold on spay / neuter contracts only.

Stud fees may vary from dog to dog and a puppy may be required in lieu of stud fee.

No puppies sired by one of my stud dogs can be brokered or exported out of the USA.
