It's Important To Be An Informed Consumer

** It is the responsibility of any potential Buyer to be an informed consumer. **
While the entire process of purchasing and shipping a puppy in itself is a very easy one, from a new Buyer's perspective it may not be a process in which they are familiar. I have tried to make the process a bit easier for you by authoring "The A To Z Guide For Purchasing and Shipping A Puppy". The A To Z guide walks you through the process step by step, and defines expectations and roles of the Buyer and Seller throughout the process from A To Z!

Really, it is a very simple process, and most of the details fall on my shoulders so the process is realitively easy for the Buyer. I try to keep you informed every step of the way, but if the "dog world" is unfamiliar ground for you, then I can't possibly know what areas to cover with you or that you might not understand. Just one example: A crate is needed to ship a puppy in and is part of the shipping expenses. One Buyer recently did not think a crate should be part of a shipping expense! I assumed that common sense would lead you believe that the puppy needed a crate to be shipped in, however she did not. Sooooooooooooooooooooo..........pleeeeeeeeeeasssssssssssssseeeeeeeeee I strongly advise and encourage any potential Buyer that may still be unclear about any portion of the purchasing or shipping process to ask as many questions as needed for clarification. Remember, as an adult seeking to purchase a puppy, it is the FULL responsibility of a Buyer to be informed and ask as many questions or seek guidance from legal counsel if need be, to clarify any areas that remain unclear.

**All Crisanda puppies are contracted **

My contract is lengthy, but simple. It is put in place to enforce that any puppy sold will be spayed or neutered. My contract is binding and as the Seller I will enforce the content in its entirety. I always advise that all sections of my contract be thoroughly examined and understood before the contract is signed. I expect any Buyer to thoroughly review my contract line by line (especially if you are a first time Buyer). Should there be any portion of my contract this is unclear or is out of the area of a Buyer’s expertise or knowledge base, then it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ask as many questions of me as needed to clarify areas in question. If at any point you feel that you remain unclear with any portion of this contract, then I request that you ask questions until you are clear, or only enter into this contract under the guidance, direction, and representation of legal counsel, or I ask that you not enter into the contract at all.

** If a Papillon is of breeding age spaying or neutering will be required by Seller at the time of the purchase. The surgery will be at a cost to the Buyer and will be charged as an expense.

** I welcome any and all questions to help you be an informed Buyer. **
** If you don't want to ask questions THEN please find a another Breeder to purchase your puppy from as I want this to be a good experience for all parties involved and I don't need unhappy, unreasonable people in my life. Thank you.
