Occasionally Crisanda does have a litter of Papillons or Phalènes and when we do we always want the best homes possible for our babies. It takes a lot of work to accomplish this goal so we always start with the application process. All potential buyers are required to fill out the application page below. Applications not complete will not be considered. It's a "getting to know" each other stage, but before you take all the time to fill out the application there is a few things I would like to review to save us both some time. All applicants are screened and references thoroughly checked, if and when, a puppy becomes available.

Submitting an application does not mean you are eligible for a puppy or are on a waiting list for a puppy, however most families that take the time do get approved for a nice Crisanda puppy should one become available.
If you're not comfortable with giving out references for a puppy, stop here.
All of my puppies are contracted. At this time I do not sell any puppies with breeding rights. They are ALWAYS spayed and neutered per contract.
If you're not comfortable with contracts on pets or won't spay and neuter then stop here.
If you're not comfortable with sending future photos, weights and heights of your puppy to me,then stop here.
If you're not comfortable with a breeder who demands the best homes for a puppy then stop here.
Please save us both the time of your filling out and my reviewing your application if you have reservations about the conditions I have on homes. Thank you.
Please contact by email or phone should you have a question.

Kind of strict conditions you say...you bet they are! They are meant to be that way.

I demand the best homes for my moth and butterfly babies and I get them! I never want to fall short when it comes to getting the very best for them! It is my way of doing my part to preserve this little breed and keeping it the wonderful breed it is.

Please, don't be intimidated by my criteria for a puppy, be glad I care enough about my puppies and who owns them, and more importantly, how they will be treated their entire little lives. Just be aware I'm not just selling someone out there a puppy, I'm selling one of my babies! If you're one of the few that are fortunate enough to own a Crisanda baby, consider yourself amoung the elite few!

The following questions are specifically designed to help me get to know you and to find the right Phalène or Papillon for you and your lifestyle. Please consider each question carefully and answer as honestly as possible: My intent is not to be intrusive, but rather to make sure that each owner and dog are compatible and as close to a perfect match as possible.

Please be sure to submit your email address on this form so that I can get in touch with you. My goal is to match the right owner, with the perfect dog, and hopefully they will become a "team" for many years to come.

** I answer many, many emails a week so to save both of us time upon completion of the application page go to the For Sale page link on my site letting you know what Crisanda currently has available. Thank you.
